Individual Therapy

If you’re ready to move past anxiety, stress, or low self-esteem and create a new normal that feels more balanced and confident, you’re in the right place. This is where meaningful, lasting growth begins; with a collaborative, tailored approach designed just for you.

Anxiety doesn’t always show up as panic. Sometimes it’s replaying every conversation from the day or feeling tense without knowing why. It can look like people-pleasing, perfectionism, or a constant sense of falling short , even when you’re doing “enough.” You might feel like your mind won’t shut off , always planning, preparing, bracing for the worst. It can be social anxiety that leaves you drained after being around others, or anxiety that only surfaces in specific areas of your life. However it shows up, anxiety often feels like you’re stuck in overdrive, even when nothing seems “wrong.”

As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), I’ve completed advanced training specific to anxiety disorders , a training that goes far beyond what most therapists receive. I don’t just work with anxiety, I specialize in it.

Low self-esteem isn’t always loud . Sometimes it sounds like a quiet, constant voice in your head questioning your worth, second-guessing every decision, or assuming others are judging you. It can show up as downplaying your successes, avoiding new opportunities, or feeling like you’re never “good enough” no matter how hard you try. You might compare yourself to others and come up short, or struggle with setting boundaries because you fear rejection or not being liked.

Deep down, you may crave confidence and self-acceptance but feel stuck in old patterns of self-doubt. These feelings didn’t come out of nowhere, they were learned. And together, we can start to unlearn them.

Stress might seem like just “part of life,” but when it piles up, it can become overwhelming physically, emotionally, and mentally. It might look like snapping at people you care about, struggling to focus, or feeling constantly behind even when you’re doing your best. You may find it hard to relax, always waiting for the next thing to go wrong or the next task to handle. Maybe you’re juggling work, relationships, family, or caregiving responsibilities — and it feels like there’s no room left for you.

Over time, stress can drain your energy, cloud your thinking, and leave you feeling disconnected from yourself. You’re not “just being dramatic”, your nervous system is working overtime, and it’s exhausted.

No two people are the same and your therapy shouldn’t be either. I don’t follow a rigid script or force you into a mold. Instead, I tailor our work to you, your goals, your personality, your pace. I draw from a range of approaches to create a plan that fits your needs and evolves as you do.

And just as importantly, I’m not a silent therapist. I listen closely, but I also share feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and gently guide you toward new insights. Therapy is a collaborative process — we work together to help you grow and heal.

You’ve probably told yourself, “I should’ve started this years ago.” But you’re here now, and that matters. The hardest part is often just getting started.
