What to Expect
•Consultation Call: We’ll meet briefly to see if we’re a good fit and talk through your goals for supervision.
• Supervision Agreement: If moving forward, we’ll create a contract that outlines expectations, meeting schedule, and responsibilities. We’ll also submit a Proposed Plan of Supervision (LSW’s) to ensure approval of hours upon completion so there are no unexpected delays.
• Ongoing Supervision: Supervision sessions (once per week) focus on case discussion, ethics, clinical skills, and professional growth. For those pursuing licensure, we’ll also track hours toward NJ requirements.
