About Jessica

Whether that’s through therapy, supervision, teaching, or collaborating with other professionals. This work is personal to me, and I’ve built my practice on values of warmth, curiosity, and realness.

I came to this field as a second career and a first-generation college student. That journey has shaped how I show up in my work. I know what it’s like to take the long road, to juggle multiple roles, and to want more for yourself and your future. I also know how overwhelming it can feel to take the first step toward asking for help or guidance.

That’s why whether we’re working together in therapy, clinical supervision, or one of my future workshops or trainings, my goal is to create a space that feels collaborative, honest, and uniquely tailored to you.

How I Work

I’m a collaborative therapist and supervisor. That means I won’t just sit back silently and nod. I ask questions, give feedback, and walk alongside you to make sense of your experiences. You’re the expert on your life, and together we’ll create realistic, practical goals that fit your unique needs. I also know that no two people are alike and our work shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all. Some people want insight, some want structure, some want humor, and/or accountability. We’ll find what works best for you.

Experience

For over a decade, I’ve worked across a number of settings; with teen girls in residential treatment, children and adolescents in schools, and individuals and couples of all ages in outpatient therapy. I currently offer therapy, clinical supervision, and support for early career clinicians, as well as teach part-time as an instructor in a Master’s of Social Work program.

Who I Am

As a person, I value humor, honesty, and real talk. I’m not afraid to get into the tough stuff, and I also understand what it’s like to wrestle with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or burnout. I know how easy it is to overwork yourself and how hard it is to ask for help. That’s why I bring empathy, clarity, and curiosity to every conversation, whether it’s with a client, a supervisee, or a fellow professional.
